Shipping & delivery
Vidhya is an online service. Nothing is shipped to you: everything you buy is delivered online, in your Vidhya account.
1. What you receive
A paid plan gives you marking pages and the student portal in your Vidhya account at app.vidhya.ai. There are no physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
2. When you receive it
- Access starts as soon as your payment is successful.
- You see a confirmation on screen, and we send a payment confirmation to your email.
- If your plan does not show in your account after a successful payment, contact us. We will activate it or refund it in full under our refund and cancellation policy.
3. Schools and institutes
Accounts for schools and institutes are set up with you directly, on the dates agreed with your institute.
