Refund & cancellation

Your first 50 pages are free, so you can check that Vidhya works for you before paying anything. This page explains our cancellation and refund rules for paid plans.

1. Free trial

The free trial costs nothing and needs no payment. You do not need to cancel it.

2. Teacher plan (₹500 + GST, 145 pages, 30 days)

No refunds after purchase: your first 50 pages are free, so you can try Vidhya on your own papers before paying. Once you buy a plan, it is not refundable, except in the cases listed in section 3.
Unused pages expire at the end of the 30 days.
No automatic renewal: the plan does not renew by itself, so there is nothing to cancel at the end of 30 days. You buy a new plan only if you want one.
Extra pages: pages already marked are not refundable.

3. If something goes wrong

Charged twice, or charged for a failed payment: we refund the extra or failed amount in full.
Plan not activated after a successful payment: we activate it or refund it in full.
A service problem on our side stopped you using pages you paid for: tell us and we will restore the pages or refund them.

4. Schools and institutes

Refunds and cancellations for institute plans follow the agreement made with your institute. If that agreement does not cover it, this policy applies.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@vidhya.ai or WhatsApp +91 79738 23375 with the name, email or phone number used to pay, and the payment date. We reply within 2 working days.

6. When you receive the money

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
